When ordering via the Internet, a purchase agreement is formed when you click "Submit Order" in the shopping cart. Following that, a preliminary order confirmation will be automatically sent to you via email (provided that you have given the correct email address). You can then review what you have ordered from us. For orders placed by our staff in our Showroom, it is especially important for you as a customer to go through the order confirmation after placing the order and verify dimensions/care instructions/shipping terms/delivery times, etc., against the information on our website regarding the product(s) in your purchase to ensure that you have correctly understood the information and that the order is placed correctly. If, contrary to expectations, something has gone wrong or if you wish to make any changes, please contact us via email or phone.
All prices are in EURO and include VAT (Value Added Tax). The prices displayed are always current. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Neither price reductions nor price increases presented on our website affect orders that have already left our warehouse. Returns will be processed at the same price as the purchase.

We offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty on all our products, as well as a 3-year right to claim under the Consumer Sales Act. You can find more information about the right to claim on the Consumer Agency's website.
In the unfortunate event that the item arrives damaged or defective ("6. Defects upon Delivery / 7. Transportation Damage"), we kindly request that you send pictures/supporting documents of any defects to Info@happyfluffycloud.com.
If you have received a product with production defects/factory faults, we also need you to send pictures/supporting documents of any defects along with a description of when and how the defect occurred to Info@happyfluffycloud.com.
We will process your claim promptly. If the claim is valid, we will ensure that the defect is rectified; the product will receive new parts or be replaced. According to the Consumer Agency, we have the right to first repair the product. If the situation allows, we can otherwise agree on other reasonable compensation for the case.
Please note that the same shipping options/additional services apply to claims as for regular delivery. This means that delivery may unfortunately not be available for all locations.
Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check that the delivery is correct upon arrival. If any damage, fault, or deficiency is discovered, it should be reported to Happy Fluffy Cloud immediately. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, we will replace the damaged parts, repair, or replace the product. If the situation allows, we can otherwise agree on other reasonable compensation for the case. If you do not report the issue within one week, it is considered that you have accepted the delivery.
Inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of their goods upon delivery. Any external damage to the packaging/outer packaging should be reported immediately to the carrier. A good practice is to describe the damage in writing, for example, on the delivery note, including information about the carrier, and also have the driver sign it. We cannot report shipping damage a week or longer after delivery. Always keep the receipt and delivery note. If any damage, fault, or defect is discovered, it should be reported to Sweef immediately. If you do not report the issue within one week, it is considered that you have accepted the delivery.
- As a customer, you have 14 days to return your purchase from the day you receive the item.
- You are entitled to open the packaging to ensure that you received the correct item; however, please handle it carefully so you can reseal the original packaging (does not apply if the seal is broken).
- It is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping cost and to package the product to withstand the return shipping.

Regarding returns of duvets/head pillows (Happy Fluffy Cloud)
- Original packaging, returned within 14 days. Item with intact seal/not removed from bag/not used – 100% refund.
- Since duvets/head pillows are hygiene products, you cannot return a duvet/head pillow if the seal has been broken. Only unused duvets/head pillows in their original packaging (bag with intact seal) are accepted as returns.
Regarding returns of clothing (Nufferton)
- Original packaging, original tags, not used, no damage or stains on the product, returned within 14 days – 100% refund.
- Contact us at info@happyfluffycloud.com to confirm your return shipment. You will receive a prepaid return label via email. The cost of the return shipping is covered by the customer. Place the item in its original packaging or a similar box. Fill in the return form and place it in the box. Drop off your return at a service point.
- If you wish to make an exchange instead of a complete return, please contact us for information at info@happyfluffycloud.com.
Regarding returns of interior/furniture
- Original packaging, returned within 14 days. Item not unpacked - 100% refund.
- Unpacked item, returned within 14 days. Unused, no damages or stains on the product - 75% refund.
Distance Contracts Act & Consumer Sales Act
We adhere to the guidelines of the Consumer Agency and therefore follow the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Sales Act, as well as the Industry Rules for mail order. Sweef AB reserves the right for any errors in product information found on the online store or in printed materials, and cannot guarantee that images precisely reflect the actual appearance of the products.
