  • Self-pickup at the Warehouse: If you choose the shipping option "Self-Pickup", you will be informed via email when your order is dispatched. You will then receive a TEXT with a link where you can book a pick-up date and time slot through Boka Direkt.
  • Pick-up at Sweef Showroom: If you'd prefer to pick up your smaller product at Sweef's Showroom (Drottninggatan 75, Stockholm), you can contact us to discuss the possibilities!

Budbee - Hemleverans

  • Price - 50 SEK.
  • Delivery time - The delivery time is a few working days (from the moment your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - Home delivery. You can choose the date/time interval for the delivery in the Budbee app.
  • Notification - You will be informed by email when your order is sent to Budbee. You will be notified by Budbee via SMS and in the Budbee app.

DHL parcel - Home delivery to the door.

  • Price - The price for your specific shipment will be displayed when you add your products to the shopping cart.
  • Time Slots - Monday - Friday: (8-16).
  • Delivery Time - The delivery time is approximately 2-6 working days (from the moment your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - Delivery to street/port.
  • Notification - You will be informed via email when your order is sent to DHL. You will then be notified by DHL via SMS, where you will be directed to a page to choose the delivery day and time. When booking a home delivery, you will receive an SMS when the delivery is on its way and a phone notification approximately 15-30 minutes before arrival.
  • Additional Service: Inbearing - Optional inbearing booking is available before delivery and is done through DHL.
  • Failed Delivery Attempt - If you, as a customer, book a delivery day and then refuse delivery/change the delivery day while the truck is en route, we will invoice you for a "failed delivery attempt."

DHL Service Point

  • Price - 50 SEK.
  • Delivery time - The delivery time is a few working days (from the moment your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - The package will be available at your nearest/chosen DHL agent.
  • Notification - You will be informed by email when your order is sent. DHL will notify you via SMS and email with details for pickup.
  • Unclaimed package - If you, as a customer, do not pick up your package in time, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you. If you wish for us to resend the package, we will charge you a shipping fee for this.

RHENUS - NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

  • Timeframe - Monday-Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Notification - Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a link to book a delivery appointment. After booking the delivery, you will receive a confirmation. Approximately 1 hour before delivery, you will be notified by phone.
  • Shipment Tracking - We offer shipment tracking from the moment we receive the order data. You can track the shipment at https://www.rhenusmydelivery.com/de/ by entering the order number and the corresponding postal code (ZIP code).
  • Refusal/Absence during Delivery - If you, as a customer, schedule a delivery appointment and then refuse the delivery/change the delivery date while the truck is already on its way, we will charge you for the re-delivery.
  • Delivery is made to the apartment/house.

DHL - SERVICE POINT

  • Delivery Time - The delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days (from the moment your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - The package will be delivered to your nearest/selected DHL Service Point.
  • Notification - You will be notified by email when your order is shipped. DHL will send you SMS and email notifications with details for pickup.
  • Unclaimed Package - If you, as a customer, do not pick up your package in time, it will be returned to us. We will then contact you. If you want us to reship the package, we will charge you for the shipping costs.

DHL PACKAGE - HOME DELIVERY

  • Timeframe - Monday - Friday: (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
  • Delivery Time - The delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days (from the moment your product is in stock).
  • Delivery - The delivery is made up to the street/gate.
  • Notification - You will be notified by email when your order is sent to DHL. Then, DHL will send you an SMS, redirecting you to a page where you can choose the delivery date and time. When scheduling a home delivery, you will receive an SMS approximately 15-30 minutes before arrival, informing you that the delivery is on its way, along with a phone notification.
  • Additional Service - Home door delivery option is available and can be arranged directly with DHL.
  • Refusal/Absence during Delivery - If you, as a customer, schedule a delivery day and then refuse the delivery/change the delivery day while the truck is already on its way, we will charge you for the re-delivery.

PICKUP AT THE WAREHOUSE

  • Warehouse Pickup - If you select the "Self-pickup" shipping option, you will be notified by email once your order has been shipped. You can then pick up your order during the warehouse's opening hours.

  • Timeframes - Monday - Friday: (8-16, 16-20).
  • Delivery Time - The delivery time is approximately 5-10 working days, depending on the location (from the moment the product is in stock).
  • Delivery - Delivery is made to the property, provided that the truck can reach there. We reserve the right that our transporters may not be able to reach certain addresses, such as islands without bridge connections or deliveries that require ferry transport, or roads with poor carrying possibilities. Freight includes delivery by 2 people. Please prepare the location where you want to place the furniture and ensure there is a "clear path" to it. Move any furniture that may be in the way. This is the customer's responsibility. If the entrance is too small to easily bring in the furniture, it is no longer Hjortero's responsibility. Most furniture can be disassembled into smaller parts, but you need to do this on your own at your convenience. Carrying in is included as far as it is possible to carry in easily. The customer carries the last part in themselves to avoid damaging the furniture or your home. Make sure to protect your floor; the driver cannot enter without shoes. If Hjortero assesses that the delivery is too difficult to carry out without risk, you as a customer may be asked to sign a liability waiver agreement.
  • Notification - You will be informed via email when your order is sent to Hjortero. You will then decide on the day and time together with Hjortero, who will contact you via SMS to schedule the appointment. You must confirm the delivery day and time slot.
  • Failed Delivery - If you as a customer agree to a delivery day and then refuse delivery or change the delivery date when the truck is on its way, we will invoice you for a "failed delivery."
  • Additional Service - Assembly - We offer assembly services. We offer assembly plus disposal of packaging. Assembly refers to regular furniture assembly, not hanging items like a headboard/picture on the wall or remodeling of a piece of furniture. Some furniture items may not include assembly; this will be indicated on the product page.

Notification - When your order has arrived in Norway, UPS will contact you at the phone number you provided. They will make 3 delivery attempts to your address. If you are unable to receive the delivery, for smaller packages, you have the option to pick them up at the nearest access point; otherwise, the goods will be returned to our warehouse in Sweden.

Failed Delivery - If you as a customer agree to a delivery day and then refuse delivery or change the delivery date when the truck is on its way, we will invoice you for a "failed delivery."

ACCESS POINT

Notification - You will be contacted with information regarding your pickup when your order has arrived at its access point and is ready for pickup.

Pickup - Your package will be available for pickup at your nearest UPS access point.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WITH DELEGO)

We have the opportunity to arrange deliveries abroad to several countries with Delego. Please contact us at info@happyfluffycloud.se with your request for delivery to any of the following countries. Please note that the purchase will be made on the Swedish website in Swedish kronor, and the delivery will be arranged from Sweden.

Delivery - Delivery to the gate/entrance. Please assist the driver with unloading the goods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE OF OUR TRANSPORT AGREEMENTS)

For deliveries abroad to countries that are not part of our standard area of delivery with Delego (see above), we recommend that you personally book an international delivery with collection from our warehouse in Jordbro, Sweden. Our Freight Forwarding Service can also deliver the goods to a suitable terminal in Sweden that is closer to any national border. It is important to organize collection the same day as the goods are booked to be delivered to said terminal since most terminals cannot hold goods for an extended period of time. However, at your request, we will, of course, assist you in booking an international delivery with a suitable shipping company. The same terms do not apply as our international deliveries differ from our standard deliveries. These international deliveries, outside our standard area, often involve greater risk-taking than usual, due to more transshipments before the final destination. The risk increases for products that cannot be packed and secured firmly on pallets. Feel free to ask us what applies to the specific products you are interested in. Several products are more suitable for long deliveries than others. We will contact a suitable forwarding agent and get a final shipping price prior to you booking your international shipping. This amount is paid by you as a customer before delivery. When we book this international delivery, you will approve an agreement from us where you take on the risks of this transport.
