Delivery to the US | UPS - Home delivery

  • Parcel location - The goods will be sent from ProX warehouse on Rhode Island (US).
  • Delivery time - We deliver within a few working days (provided your product is in stock).
    East coast - approx. 3-4 business days.
    California - approx. 5-6 business days.
  • Carrier - We will send your parcel with UPS.
  • Delivery - The parcel will be delivered to the curbside/lobby/door. Provided that the carrier can access the property.
  • Notification - You will be informed by email when your delivery has been booked. The carrier will then inform you when the parcel is about to be delivered.

Delivery to Canada | UPS - Home delivery

  • Parcel location - The goods will be sent from our warehouse in Sweden.
  • Delivery time - We deliver within approx. 5 business days (provided your product is in stock).
  • Carrier - We will send your parcel with UPS.
  • Delivery - The parcel will be delivered to the curbside/lobby/door. Provided that the carrier can access the property.
  • Notification - You will be informed by email when your delivery has been booked. The carrier will then inform you when the parcel is about to be delivered.
  • Regarding deliveries to Canada - Delivered duties paid (DDP).

We've just implemented our delivery service to the UK, which means that, at the moment, we do not have the capacity to dispatch orders as quickly as we would like. This will improve over time. We thank you for your patience!
