Sweef AB strives to ensure that our e-commerce website, www.happyfluffycloud.com, is accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with the Accessibility Act (law 2023:254) and the EU Accessibility Directive.
How We Work with Accessibility
- We develop the site in line with the guidelines in WCAG 2.1, Level AA.
- We continuously test functions using both automated tools and manual testing.
- We provide accessibility training for our team.
Known Issues
We are aware that some parts of the website are not yet fully accessible:
- Some product images lack descriptive alt text.
- Some buttons/text sections do not meet contrast requirements (minimum 4.5:1).
- Some pages do not fully support keyboard navigation.
We are actively working to correct these issues.
Exceptions
If a specific adaptation would cause a disproportionate burden or fundamentally alter the nature of the service, exceptions may be made. Such decisions are always documented.
Reporting Issues
If you experience any accessibility problems on our website, please contact us:
We value your feedback and aim to respond within 2 business days.
